Outlook 2000 can export its calendar.
Select File|Import and Export
Then Export to a file
Select the export file type from the list.
Select the folder to export, i.e. Calendar
Enter the filename to export to.
You can then map custom fields
You can then select a date range.
... and the data is exported.
