Hi I have a voicemail extension

Hi

I have a voicemail extension which has been working but now it gives a busy signal when dialed. Trace shows the call is ok, no errors. I have doubled checked the configs from hunt groups to trunks to aar conversions and everything seems to be in order. Has anyone encountered this issue before and how did they solve it? I am using CM 6.0.1.

what vm platform ? have you checked the subsciber and maybe tried to remove and re-add , (warning all messages will be lost)
