Hi,

I have a user who is visually impaired. He uses magnification software to help him read his computer screen. Whenever it is turned on the numbers in the Groupwise Calendar disappear and just leave a blank white space. He uses Windows XP (fully patched) and Groupwise 5.5. I have updated the driver for the graphics card. Any advice appreciated.

Hello Dagk -

I would try changing the system fonts to something other than Trebuchet MS, or Tahoma. Maybe try New Times Roman or Arial. That may work/allow his software to recognise the fonts within GroupWise.

R Click Desktop --> Properties --> Appearance -- > Advanced

From there, highlight the different areas on the sample window and you'll see what default font & size the system is using. Maybe even changing it to a 10 or 12 would do the trick.

Good Luck.
