Hi,

I have a report, which gets its data froma qeury. It has three columns: Plots, Rate and Cost.

There are several entries for Plots, but I don't want the entries to show, what I want is a field which says how many entries there are in the plots field, so the data will read something like:

Plots: 5 Rate: £5 Cost: £25.

Rather than what I get at the minute.

Any ideas?

When you say you want an entry that says how many plots there are in the Plots field, do you mean you want a count of how many Records there are in the Plots Field? A bit more clarification would help.

Paul

Well if your info is in the Detail section, set the visible property for Plots to No, then add a textbox and set the Control Source to
=Count(Plots)
Then set the HideDuplicates property for this textbox to Yes. That may be what you need.
