Hi,
I have a problem with HiPath 3000 Manager V9, After entering the user name & Passwor 31994 / 31994 when I click System --> PC , there is an error message "Invalid User Data!" "Logon is rejected". Can anyone help me what causing this error, as I never changed the password. Is there any License age limit or the license is unlimited as the supplier told me who is now vanished from this world!!!!

Dear yayayoyo,
Thank you for your reply and consideration. This password has the same error message. Now I would like to know, because I noticed the start-up screen after password entered, it says user level: Service , it means the password was not changed. Something wrong with the PBX side. I need to know that if there is any expiry limit with the license or the license is unlimited for the HG-1500 (ip card in the PBX which communicates with the PC to send or receive the kds file). I will appreciate if someone knows about the license. If the license is unlimited then there is no option but to reset the Card!!! which I don't want to take risk. I have a backup copy of kds file but still worried if after resetting wizard won't work. I also tried in the new PC to start the wizard but after a minute it says no response, click OK to exit the wizard. Please note that with ping command there is a reply from the card.
Will Appreciate any help in this regard.

The HG1500 card shouldn't have anything to do with signing in to the PBX. I would assume (but you know what they say about assume) That the HG1500 would have a different IP for its gateway functions than any IP that would be used to access the PBX. Mine never had IP capability so mine was always dial up or direct connect, and I never had to mess with IP on it. Try TRM for the login and HICOM (caps) for the password, or HICOM / HICOM - it you get in with either of those you are trying to login to the card rather than the PBX.

Disclaimer: this is based on one possible assumption )

The message you are getting is because the username or password is incorrect. The licence doesn't expire but one thing to be aware of, unless you have the licence file on your machine and the licencing software, it is possible to remove the licence if you look at the licencing tab in the system programming and the make a change to the system.
