Hi I had Business Objects instal

Hi

I had Business Objects installed and runnning ok.
The server alias name changed so we needed to change Business Objects to reflect this.

So I chose the option to "Run Safe Recovery". This appeared to work ok, as I did not receive any error. The new BOMain.key was created successfully.

But when I went to log into Supervisor/Designer/BusinessObjects I could not log in as the super user that I had set as the general supervisor.

When I attempted to log in I got a message saying:
"Your login is not valid. (USR0003)

If anyone knows what has gone wrong here, could you please let me know.
