Hi, I could not find a good forum because I am new here hope you do not delete this. Ok to my problem

I have two games that will not work, freelancer and blobby volley(a simple game). When I try to play freelancer on the net in a network it crashes BUT when I remove the cable that goes to the d-link(I have a switch before that) it works and I can play.
For blobby volley, it exits when the sentence:
"Initializing for direct play" comes up. And if I remove the cable it works.
I talked to the d-link support and they said it might be a Universal Plug And Play error and I shuld activate that in services. I did that but it did not work so I came here.
Computers: I have 3 computers that are almost the same. Win Xp sp 1 and all are connected to a switch which is connected to the d-link 704 that is connected to the adsl modem.

The error also occured in dungeon siege(I guess)!

Please help!

Most routers (including yours) have firewalls that block ports that games use. Check with in the DLink User Guide for your router on how to open up ports and find out which ports those games are using.

I searched to find ports and this is what I came up with:
Freelancer:

I couldn't find it for Blobby Volley
