Hi,
I am using Sybase SQl Anywhere 5.5.05.
I just created a database, but am unable to add any tables to the database. When i double click on 'Add Table', I get the error, "authentication violation". When i look into the properties of the database, i do not have my read-only button checked, i.e., the attributes are normal. What is happening? I am very new to sybase.
Thanx for taking time to look into my question. I have posted this question even in the Sybase: Adaptive Server forum also, but no replies.

The Database Administrator should have full permissions to the database - Did you logon to the database as the DBA ?

Are you able to create a new table using the ISQL app ?
