When you create a formula, the lists of available functions are listed in one of the windows at the top of the Formula Editor. These are identified by the gold cogs under "Functions".

That list of functions are very few.
But there are lots of formatting functions As yesterday you(Naith) tell me about ToText() function.
Same way there will be lots of functions but i am not aware about them.

So is there any document that describes about these functionss

You haven't expanded the list of functions.

For example, if you expand on Functions, and then on Strings, you'll see all the string functions listed - including ToText.

If you press F1 and type in any function name, you'll get a comprehensive explanation for each one.

There is a very good document that covers 99% of this, its called "help".

You can pull up all functions, one by one and in related categories, read about what they do and see several sample formulas using the function. Software Training and Support for Macola, Crystal Reports and Goldmine
