how can i transfer someone who call me to an ogm on ns700? i want the caller to hear the prerecorded audio message!

You could have a group with queuing table with sequence 1 ogm 1 sequence 2 disconnect. Transfer call to that group (with no members)will play the message and hang up

You could have overflow if you want the caller to go somewhere else after listening to the message
