hi help needed

i am developing a application which is a JFrame and contains Tabpanes and each of these tabpanes shall contain a jtable which shall read the data from an external Db could any of u guys walk me thro the setting of a Jtable and making the table read the data thro the external db(access), i have the Jframe and the Tabpanes in place and all i have to do is get the table set up and make it read the data thro the db
