Hi having a problem with User manager.

We have been having WINS problems with our network. But these have been sorted.
Now User Manager fails to see our domain controller so can't bring up our user list.(this is on both the PDC and BDC)But can see other domains. Admins at other sites can't see us either.
done a flush on the PDC to no avail!!!

Any help would be much appreciated.

Are you sure that you still don't have a problem between your domain and the other domains. Is the machine you are using Usrmgr on part of your domain? If not see if you can load usrmgr on a machine that is a domain member on your domain. If you can't reach your PDC, then you need to investigate at the PDC level

Sorry found out the problem.

in non techie terms - the pdc and bdc were having a fight to see who was boss!!
