Hi guys, Solved the last problem.Very, very odd. To ping my remote server I had to add the correct route to my NT machine and then add and delete this route:
1.1.1.0. mask 255.255.255.255 (IP for internet gateway)
So now I can ping the remote server, but should I not be able to see it in Network Neighborhood or in Server Manager?
(WINNT sp6)
Thanks
-M

Network neighborhood is not a reliable way to see who is connected. Try installing netbeui protocol on the network and it should work a better.
