i want to take MCAD.NET courses and i dont know what language should i choose.. VB.net or C# , i know c++ and a little visual basic 6 ....
some friends told me that C# is much more powefull , others said that they're the same in powefull but VB is much easier and its editer writes for you and you dont have to remember all the keywords like C# ...
So plz help me in choosing , tell me your opinion and tell me why..?
Thanx in advance ..

they are, in theory, about as powerfull as one-another, since they both use the .net framework. most people, who can easily go iether way, tend to lean towards c#. vb.net has known bugs.

C# is the first language I'm learning to code. I have no programming background but I think that C# is pretty easy. VB.Net is easy but not as fast as C#. I would say that both would do the work, but I would go towards C#, and it can be easier for you because C# is based on C++. Just an advise from a newbie...
