Some things to check:

1. PBX:

All of these commands should be able to be run using an automated report in ASA and exporting data to a text file. That way you're not tied to running these manually every morning, just looking at the exported data once they run:

a. Status Health
b. Status media-gateways
b. List measurements of all DS1 boards
c. Display alarms, errors and events (events to look for are events like data returning no digits from an adjunct system, vdn skills invalid, calls failing to queue)
d. Status CTI links if you have them
e. In web interface, check

2. Can't help with MM, not my area of expertise.

3. CMS:

a. Check to make sure you can login
b. Check ACD Link to PBX
c. Run maintenance error report (in addition to errors, make sure nightly backup ran, check archive of daily, weekly, monthly when they are supposed to run) *This can be automated in a script and run using Windows Scheduler to export to a text file.
d. Check to make sure reboots are being done (if you're not the one doing them)
minimum 90 days this can be done using the "who -b" command in the server. Or if you look at the error report there should be an entry like this: CMS ERROR LOG STARTUP But this could also indicate that just the error log was stopped and started, which is unusual outside of a reboot.
e. When you login, the CMS ADM backup warning will display if the CMSADM backup hasn't been run in the last 30 days.

4. AES:

a. Login to the CTI OAM Administration and check link status of services
b. Check Status and Control, Switch Conn Summary and Services Summary and Details for each service
c. Check Alarms
d. Check your logs - Error, Security, Audit

Quoting only proves you know how to cut and paste.

One other thin that just came up.

Run a real-time skill report in CMS against any skill that has AAS agents assigned to it.

I just found one of the ports on an IVR in the state of OTHER for over 115 hours. Busied and released the station to put it back in service.
