You need a new BFDAT. You can't reconfigure a BFDAT when it's in use, and you can't assign a different BFDAT to a populated board.

Add a new BFDAT with a better distribution of channels (why assign 41 channels to a 60/120 channel board, it make no sense).
If you are not sure what to do, reg-bfdat, copy the function block one config to a new one, editing the SIP values to suit.
Your current function block one is valid for a 60 or 120 channel board, so likely you are using a 60 channel board, but if not, you can increase the values to count up to 120 channels.
Remember LINES is how many you can add in AMO. BCHLCNT is how many devices can be in use at any one time (talking). So at the moment, you can have 10 SIP phones but only 1 is allowed to be in use at any one time and no more. If you are increasing to 30 lines, you likely need more than a single B channel.

When you have created the new BFDAT, you need to delete all the configuration off the existing board, delete the board, and re-add with the new BFDAT, and put your configuration back.

If you have working trunks on the board, it might help to add a dummy board and add a dummy trunk into the current trunk group so you don't have to delete all the routing when you delete this STMI.
