Hi folks,

We have F50 server here with old version of AIX and I am trying to upgrade it to 4.3.3 version.

Ran install_assist and tried updating but I got an error message;

0503-028 installp: Cannot create the directory /.cd_DHiTac, check permissions and available space?

Can you please enlight this error message as it is not making any sense to me.

I'm guessing here, just some basic stuff.

Run as root?
Is / filesystem full? (df / or df -k /)
Does /.cd_DHiTac already exist?
