Hi everyone!

I have a problem with Lotus Notes R5, a user contacted me specifying that her "Inbox" folder had "disappeared", I am not the administrator of the e-mail server so I only have user rights and access to the database, how can I enable the folder to be seen by the user??

I have tried to create a folder with the "Inbox" name but the program tells me that a folder with that name already exists!!!

Anyone willing to help!?

Knee-jerk reflexe : try refreshing the design of the database (file/database/refresh design). If that does not work, try replacing it.
