Hi everybody,

I want to restore a user volume group saved on a tape (with 'restvg' command). Previously, does i need to create the vg or the 'restvg' make it for me ?

Hi,

the restvg does it for you.
It creates also jfs saved inside it.
Probably you have to mount them at the 1st time.
