This system is discontinue and not support by mitel but you can try call with local dealer for provide addon lic for your Eic .

You will not be able to generate any new licenses at BC12, the option is not there to buy them, an upgrade is the only option, speak to your local Mitel provider as above on this,

What licenses do you need and how many?
It is a bit daft to require a system upgrade for the sake of a few extension licenses if you could perhaps reconfigure the system to save a few wasted licenses. i.e. audit the system to identify unused/un-needed ports so they can be ended and the licenses re-used.
