HI,

:COULD NOT CONNECT TO SQLPLUS
I RECENTLY INSTALLED ORACLE DEVELOPER ON MY COMPUTER BUT I AM NOT ABLE TO CONNECT TO SQLPLUS. IT IS NOT TAKING SCOTT/TIGER OR SYSTEM/MANAGER AS USERNAME/PASSWORD. I KEEP ON GETTING
"
ERROR:
ORA-12203:TNS:UNABLE TO CONNECT TO DESTINATION."

I AM NEW AT ORACLE. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!
