Hi,

can someone show me how to remote shutdown & restart the Hicom300 system without going to site.

How are you conneting, via a dial up modem ?
Obviously you will drop the connection when you do restart.
If your not too far away from site it won't be so bad if it doesn't come back up. If not your going to need some one to press the restart button on the PBX.

exe-rest is the command.
