Hi can someone help!i have programmed auto attendent in bcm and when k pres an option it repeats the main message I have to then select the option again for it to go through to the right place!any suggestions?

odds are you messed something up in programming with ccr tree and the greeting table.

Check the greeting table for the option to replay greeting.

If you cant find any of this or dont know what you are looking for, best to get a tech out there
