Hi
Can someone answer the following questions for me please
Does the Panasonic D816 have auto attendant feature available as stantard?
Can it be provided with an optional card?
Do you need a voice mail system to provide AA?
Whats the difference between TVS50,TVP50,TVA50 and the TVM50
Can they all work with the D816

The td818 is an old system and does not have vm
You can add the tvm or the TVA depends on where you are. The tvp and tvs are older voicemail units.
Any of the above vm will work on the td816 and will give you AA. You will need a spare extension port on the td816

Does a 4 line telephone system need a 4 port VM?
If not what happens a 3rd incoming call on a 2 port VM
Customer wants AA to answer all calls

A 2 port unit will answer 2 calls at once. Once they have made a selection and the call is released to the extension that port will be free to handle the next call. So unless you have a very busy switch 2 ports should do. If you use the TVA- tvm 50 unit you can add extra ports. The older tvs50 was 2 port only
