I am working on SRG 50, i click Survivable Remote Gateway, it is supposed to pop the tab of "S1000 IP Terminal Detail" , then I can set MOTN etc. but no any tab shows up!
any good suggistion how to fix it?

What version of software is it.. Rel5, rel,6 etc
Also make sure you are using the correct version of element manager as old version won't work on new releases
