Hi All,

So I'm currently looking after a Shoretel system with their contact centre plaform as well. We're just shy of 900 users with 180 on the contact centre and 4 remote locations

this year one of my jobs is to look at whether shoretel is still a fit or I need to look at other systems like mitel

Now I'm long in the tooth having done various platforms avaya CM/Nortel cs1k and others, but not looked at mitel

What's good/bad/ugly about mitel (they all have their weak points and I'm not a supporter of any system) and has anyone one gone from shoretel to mitel?

Mitel is an application rich system. If all you are looking for is a phone on your Desk and Voicemail, anything will do.

Your main decision should be made based on the quality of the local support. No point in investing in anything if you don't have support.

out of all the products and manufactures I have ever worked on Mitel`s relationship with is partners is the best out there

If its not broke tweak it..
 
If I had a complaint, it would be with rerouting and/or display info when doing work arounds.
