Hi All

Not so sure this is the right place for this thread, but here goes.

We have just purchased a XDA, and as usual the boss has had a quick look at it, before realising he hasn't got a clue and palming it off.

Has anyone got a prefered way to have these devices to connect to thier exchange servers with GPRS.
We currently have a dialin access for 9210's and a ISP account for exchange access for the older 9110's

All suggestions would be greatfully received

Connecting the xda to your exchange server is quite easy. However the xda does not ship with server sync. Can you confirm this.

Once you have server sync installed, you will see the options under

start/activesync/options/server

the latter option server is not available without serversync.

The rest is simple

name of the server and the employees net logon
