Hi All

Need some info on Openscape4000 Manager V7 if it can work on Suse Linex SLES 12

I have a customer that providing a VM but there platform does not support SLES11
I tried researching Unify Portal but could not find any info on SLES12 although it is used on OsBiz

It’s not supported on SLES 12, it’s SLES 11 only.

Having said that, Manager V7 is not supported (development support) anymore anyway. But I am sure if you tried it, you would surely run into problems.

Thanks so much Moriendi I will inform the customer that they must supply Hardware and then I'll install SLES11 and Openscape4000-Manager V8 or V10 I presume it will be compatible with V7 systems

Manager V8/V10 will work with your V7 4K but you won’t have the licence. You can port your V7 licence to V10 but I expect it would be very expensive.

If you decide to go to V10, if the customer’s pockets are deep enough, then V10 R1 is not too far away and that uses SLES 15.
