Here's the problem. When ext 2411 is dialed, right away we see 436 on the DtermSeriesE display and the call will not start. So ext 2411 is not receiving calls.

I have a very basic knowledge of the system and stick to a guide to match the programming on the extensions. Which command should I check? If at all needed.

Thanks for looking at this post!

So, it looks like you have a 4 digit number plan, 24XX. Nobody should be dialing 436. It's probably 2436. What happens when you dial that?

The extension 2436 is an available and working extension. Do you think when dialing x2411 the system is trying to forward the call to the non-existent x436?
