Hi All,
I have a parameter field which takes the values from the table field.Now if i update the particular column field with extra values,it is not reflected in the parameter field.Could anyone tell me how to get the data refreshed in the parameter field.

Please see faq149-1485. This is not possible withing Crystal Reports.

There is a good third party tool to handle this, check out Software Sales, Training and Support for Macola, Crystal Reports and Goldmine

Unfortunately you have to open and re-import the list...

There are alternatives using external code (such as VB or CSP to load the picklist, prompt the user, and then pass the choices to a report), and as dgillz mentioned, Ido's software.
