can any one help me
I work with system Hipath4000 V5
when apply command NAVAR TO DIGITAL STNO this STNO can't use CO code ( when press 9 unauthorized ) this only when do this STNO night service ( with NAVAR command )

First guess, COS upgrade for night station.

Look at ZAND LCR, add 0&&64 for night station.
