Ý have a coplu of files .One of them like :

And the other one looks like :

The first file gives the all data ,the second files comes from the another platform and gives only the stan column which is placed on second column at first file.I want to compare two files and find what diferent stan numbers are?.Sometimes the first file has more stan number than second file and sometimes it happens oppositely.
But i don't know how to do cause the first file has also different lines starts with the Count.And in the second file has data which only 3 or 4 digits.
Any idea.

This is confusing. What exact needs to be done?
What are you trying to compare between 2 files?
Pls elaborate with examples.
