hi after doing a format to the sd card now seeing on the phone screen system unlicenced
this is a new system that has 9.0 went to the programming see all licence with a red note
need licence upgrade any suggestions,thks

Could be unlicenced for many reasons, but usual basic one is no Essential Edition licence.

What did you format it with? and did you recreate the card afterwards?

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

-So your licenses worked before you reformatted and recreated SD card? Or you reformated and recreated and then put in licenses and they don't work?
-Are you using a different SD card or the same SD card? Licenses are tied to the SD card
-What version was your system on before you recreated and what version is it on now? If it got locked into another version at any time it would show unlicensed if you tried to run a higher release.
-Was it in basic mode before and is in standard mode now? By default will go to standard even if you select basic if the preference default to standard mode is selected

thank u all for the help ,but I had to use manager software 9.0 not 9.1 to solve this problem,thks.

So your control unit was locked in to 9.0 and you were trying to load 9.1 on it.
