HHSC Configuration document

Hi Friends

I configure HHSC steps in PBX side ( Hipath 4000 V5.0) and the CDR FT file is dumping in hard disk location.

Able to see by sending commands through Comwin tool.

STA-INFO:":CGD:/",S;
COPY-DAGR;
STA-INFO:":CGD:/",S;
STA-LIST:":CGD:FTFILE",,,M;



But in the HHSC server the links are showing down.

Please any one share HHSC configuration document if have.
