.hhc file???

Hi There,

What is a .hcc file? I'm trying to copy the ASP code and database tables from one web server to another, some of the contents are missing from many of the links, I was told this is because the .hcc file is out of step with new database server. I need to regenerate this .hhc file with the asp page, how do you regenerate? I'm fairly new to ASP web development.
