HG3550 Problem ..

HellHello All,

After a full BPX restore from a Backup server the HG3550 gateway not working correctly and when I try to restart the STMI2IGW card that's replay for 10 sec and timeout again, the card working OK with no alerts, but there is a problem with the gateway IP how i can solve it ? it's appear as ready in a ComWin ..

What version of 4K? What version of STMI? How many channels on the STMI? How many 3550 trunk circuits are configured on the board? What is the protocol: H323, SIP-Q? What exactly is the problem? What is the 3550 connecting to - one gateway or a network of gateways? Is the board using the Large Enterprise GateKeeper? If so, Local or Remote gateway configuration? Have you checked the STMI's Web Based Management settings? Was the board working BEFORE you restored the system? Did you unplug the STMI or move it from one slot to another?

You will need to be very, very specific.
