Don't know how many of you use HEAT but hopefully somebody can help me.
We(I) Crystal reports to try and get statistics out of a HEAT (Help Desk system) database.

At the moment I'm trying to get the total time from when they recieve a job to when it gets finished. This entails calculating the number of hours over "working days" ie 5days x 8hrs etc.
How does anybody else there do it??

There are some functions called
HFWDurNumHoursNormal()
HFWDurNumHoursHelpDesk()
HFWDurNumHoursCustType()
Does anybody know
1)what any of these do & 2)what is the difference between them ?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
