HfAns auto answer internal calls wil not work correct

I dit an upgrade from v2.1 to v3.0 on the IPO403.
After upgrading the auto(handsfree)-answer for incoming calls wil not work correct anymore. I use 6416 stations and auto answer can be activated with de 'HfAns' function from the softkey buttons. When HfAns is active, the internal call wil be answered oke but....
When a external call comes in, the stations with HfAns activated will ring 1 time and then stay idle again. The other stations will ring correct and show CLI on the display as normal.
After about 5 rings the external call will be answered on one of the stations with HfAns activated.??? :-(
External calls may never be answered automatic.
All stations are members of one huntgroup with ringpattern: 'group'
Before upgrading it all worked fine.
Has anyone tips to help me solve this problem?

I have the same external auto answer problem after a 3.0 upgrade. Its odd to me that the button you program for that is called "Internal Auto-Answer" and they(avaya) still let it take autoside calls.

I would go back to v2.1 it seems that there are a lot of things that work in one version to the next that go away. If v2.1 is working for you I would go back to it if you can.

So there is no fix for the problem that I have been able to track down.
