HFA Telephone + PC in various VLAN

1. LLDP med: on switch TP-LINK TL-SG2428P set trunk port with two VLAns - 650 (TEL) and 100 (DATA), port config LLDP-MED enable, on the telethone set discovery mode - LLDP med --- and nothing working (tel and PC cant obtain ip address)
or
2. MAnual VLAN ID with DHCP -- on the telephone set VLAN ID 650б on PC network card set VLAN ID 100 - telephone working but PC cant obtain ip address

Can You explain to me how confige LLDP MED mode? Thanks you

Is the PC port enabled on the phone?
By default it is disabled in my experience.

on the telephone must be enabled LLDP-Med
