HFA Phones Upgrade

Dear Friends
i am trying to upgrade openstage 40 Hfa and 20 Hfa phones and i am getting error like FILE NOT SUPPORTED
what may be the issue
can any one help me

The release notes should explain - you can only update phones so far
For example - Update from V2 is only supported from V2 R0.98.0 or V2 R1.5.2 - so if your phone is less than these versions you need to update to this version first before moving to the latest releases.

if teh telephone sets are v1 and i want to upgrade to v3
then
first i have to upgrade to v2 and then v3

Yes - more or less - please read the release notes in Tondio for more specific info.
