HFA 15 V2 firmware 1

Hi, I am looking for the HFA 15 v2 firmware

I need to downgrade a HFA 15 to V2, it is a siemens sip unit that was bought upgraded to HFA but wont work on the system as the software is v3 and the system will supported it and the customer doesn't want to pay for system upgrade at this time

If you downgrade the phone within SIP to the lowest release then 'upgrade' it to HFA that may work.

if it came as V3 from manufacturer then I dont think it can be downgraded to V2..

It was a second hand phone that was sip, it is branded siemens and I know that the newer unify units have chips in them that will not work on older systems

I tried to load the file through the FTP server and it came back with
File not supported, what am I doing wrong?

Try renaming the file to remove the .img file extension
Or
Try unzipping it using 7zip or similar then try the extracted file which has no file extension
Or
Try it with a .app file extension rather than a .img file extension

Thanks for your help. It was the \\ in the path feild and \ in the file name that was causing the error
