Yes I know its old but the customer still uses it for several thousand sets. I’m not overstating and Im not about to fix the entry’s manually through employee selector.. When I run an extension report using the web TBS the name is wrong. Now hold on here is what I’ve done.
They do not use corporate directory on PBX and the sets are "not" assigned to an employee.
What did I do wrong?
1) Deleted sets in TM and retrieved all.
2) Station reconcile and CPND reconcile for the heck of it.
3) CND sync here’s where I think it went wrong. Did one site 80 sets and it ran fast.
4) Billing sync to notepad and names are there.
5) Generate corp report.
