Hey all. This might be easy.. so lets find out.

I run a site using Iframes right? Links on the Left load to middle frame.. no big deal. Say the middle frames.. contents change.. over time.. when I revisit the site.. and click on the left link to load that section in the middle "window" its the same as it was before the update.. question is.. how can I get it to "update" each time it is clicked so the user (who might not know to) dosent have to manually refresh that frame?

Sorry if that was confusing.
Are there any tags or methods I can use?
Thanks in advance.

-Michael.
