hey guys/gals,

im not sure if this is at all possible, but ill ask anyways.

i have a report that recieves data from a database that is updated every morning at 7:30am, is there any way i can:

a. have my data automatically refresh w/o having to hit the refresh button, and
b.the most important part, have this data print on its own at a given time that day, say 9:00 am???

again, i dont even know if this is possible, but if it is please fill me in

Thanx,
B U D

Crystal Enterprise can do all this in an Intranet or Internet environment, but their is a hardware and software cost associated with that solution.

If you are only planning to schedule the one report for once a day - there are some 3rd party products that can manage the running/refreshing of RPT files.

VisualCut is the first one that come to mind.

There is a page of all of the scheduler programs on the LINKS page of my website.
