Hey everyone. I am having some problems with my video card. For some reason I can't get 3dMark01 to recognize that I have my video card set up for 8x AGP. It says that I have it in 4x even though I have set it up in the BIOS as 8x. I also can't get fast write enabled on my card (once again even though I have it enabled through the bios). When I go to Display properties, it says that I have the card in 8x AGP mode, but it will not hold fast write mode (if I enable it, the next time I boot the computer, it is back to disabled). All the parts in my computer are new, so they should not have a problem supporting these settings. Also, I am getting much lower scores in 3dMark01 than I should be getting (14K instead of something like 18-19K).

Here are my system specs:
Abit NF7-S rev. 2.0
AMD Athlon XP 3200+ @2323 Mhz
1 gig (2x512MB) Kingston Value Ram PC3200 @ 202Mhz
Radeon 9800 Pro 128MB
Audigy 2
80 gig Seagate S-ATA
Mitsimi 52x24x52 CD-RW
Sony DW-U10A DVD-RW
Win XP Pro

Yeah, the problem is that I have had it working in 8x mode before, and even though 8x mode has not proven successful, I would like to get it working in 8x mode. The video card I have is one of the best currently available afterall! Also, this does not take care of the problem with fast write mode.
