About a month ago, I allowed call forward off net for a few select extensions via class of service.
Everything is the same on their class of service, except the change to N to restrict call forward off net.
Ever since then, the people that now have the new COS intermittently have issues trying to conferece calls.
It is happening to 4 people (not every time they use conference) and all 4 have the new COS allowing call forward off net..
Any IDEAs????
We are Definity CM2.0

Thanks!

my guess would be that you have multiple trunk groups with differnt COS's and sometimes they might be hitting a trunk group that has a lower FRL

so here is more info:

When the user has class of service 8:
They can call an outside line, and then conf. in a long distance call (trunkgroup 7)

They cannot call an outside line, and then conf. in a local call.(trunkgroup 6)

They can call an extension and then conf. in a local call. (trunkgroup 6)

Trunkgroup 6 and 7 have the same COR

When I change the cos for the user to 1, they can conf. in the local calls.

The only difference between cos 1 and 8 is Y to allow call forward off net.

I ran a trace while they tried it and got:
denial event 1760: Conference COR restrict

The wierd thing is when the user is cos 1, I don't get any denial.
