Helv font in frame 6.0 on XP

OK, here is the problem i have. About 7 users still on windows 98, useing frame 6.0. they have a number of documents that use the helv font. Works fine. but, try to open that same document with frame 6.0 on a windows XP machine, and you get invalid font error and it wants to replace it with Times new Roman.

any ideas?
