Our company is in the middle of implementing SAP so I am very new to SAP. We currently use BridgeTrak by Kemma for logging all of our Helpdesk issues and to keep a knowledgebase of all issues and fixes, but I would like to have all this done within SAP. Are there functions within SAP that I can create issue tickets and update the status of them and also keep a knowledgebase of fixes for past issues? If there is not the ability within SAP from the box, are there any third party software solutions that function within SAP that can handle this?
