Can somebody give me an exhaustive list of questions to ask a user if he or she cannot send and / or receive any internal and / or external mail.
I've just got a job on a Helpdesk with no previous experience. I'm not receiving any training and it's
just a case of having to pick it up as I go along. The problem I have, is not knowing what questions to ask the user.
My organisation use Windows 2000, Exchange 5.5 with Outlook 2000.
