Helpdesk Package

i am looking for a web based helpdesk package, in either access or sql with asp front end, that can be changed and developed by myself or someone else in my company.

can anyone help?

Here you can let users submit a problem, you might add a like '%....%' on the bug field (I don't know the database layout but I mean the bug field in the opening screen on:

When a bug/problem is reported you can assign it to somebody.
